Sessions are either an hour or half hour. During that time, my main concern is you achieving your objectives - whether it's training for athletic performance or losing a little weight.
Typical workouts involve the Modalities of Fitness: Cardio, Strength, Stretching, Nutrition and Recovery.
If you need nutritional advice, you've come to the right place. Personal Trainers are not allowed by law to put their clients on diets; however, we can put in our 2 cents. I promote healthy eating habits that stem from basic physiology. No paleo, atkins or other fad diets.


CORRECTIVE EXERCISE THERAPY
If you have an injury like a bad back, quirky neck, shoulder, I.T. band, plantar fasciitis or other issues - I can handle that as well.
The techinques involved may include pnf stretching, foam rolling, tubing, medicine balls, light dumbells and pressure point manipulation.
Most sessions are 30 minutes.

Gravlee Health Score is the first of its kind application. It uses blood chemistry profiles from your health care provider and blends it with the amount of exercise recorded from your wearable device (i.e. Fitbit). This ratio equates to your individual health score. The closer you are to the Health Score Norm, the healthier you are. Think of it as a direct way of combining nutrition/blood chemistry and exercise into one number.
